Over the course of his 60+ year career, Joe Boyd has worked with Pink Floyd, R.E.M., Fairport Convention, Toots & the Maytals and so many more bands. This fall, he released a new book called “And the Roots of Rhythm Remain: A Journey Through Global Music.” Host Marco Werman speaks to Boyd about the book and plays a few tracks to illuminate the journey.
