In Washington, the Biden administration announced on Wednesday that it’s sending another military aid package to Ukraine, this one worth $250 million. This is the last package that the US can send to Ukraine without Congress passing a new spending bill. A $61-billion military aid package proposed by the Biden administration has stalled in Congress. In Kyiv though, Ukrainian officials are looking ahead to the new year, making plans for what the war effort may look like in 2024. Host Marco Werman speaks with The World’s Daniel Ofman.
