Every 30 seconds, a Latino in the US turns 18 and becomes eligible to vote. That includes people like Jacob Cuenca, a Cuban Mexican American who lives just south of Miami. Cuenca is a Republican in a state where President Donald Trump needs to win again in his bid for reelection. But the coronavirus pandemic has completely shifted how Cuenca is looking at the presidential election. And now, he’s not really home in either party. Reporter Danny Rivero from WLRN in Miami has the story.
