Leaders from around the world are gathering in New York this week for the UN General Assembly. It’s the first time leaders gather together since the start of the pandemic in 2020. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Richard Gowan, the United Nations director at the International Crisis Group, about what world leaders had to say at the UN.
