Just about a week ago, US military officials warned that Russia could be planning on further invading Ukraine. Present Joe Biden met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, hoping to deescalate the situation, but in the days since that meeting, Russian troops have not retreated — in fact, the buildup continues. So what does this mean for Ukraine? Host Marco Werman speaks with Oleksiy Honcharuk, the former prime minister of Ukraine from 2019 to 2020; he’s now a fellow at Stanford University’s Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies.
