Disturbing video published on Tuesday by The Guardian newspaper shows the conditions people are facing in one of Libya’s migrant detention centers. The Nigerian woman said to be recording the video walks the camera over to the body of another woman in the middle of a room crowded with people and bedding. The World’s host Marco Werman spoke to Sally Hayden in Dublin. She’s the author of the recent book, “My Fourth Time, We Drowned,” which looks into the conditions faced by migrants in Libyan detention centers.
