In Brussels today, NATO and Russia are in talks about transatlantic and Russian security. NATO allies are concerned about Russian military buildup near Ukraine’s border. But in the past, Russia has used an array of other tools to destabilize its adversaries, including coercive cyber activity. Yesterday, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), along with the FBI and the National Security Agency came out with an advisory report detailing those cyber tools in the Kremlin’s toolbox.
