US climate envoy says talks with China are resuming

US climate envoy John Kerry says that the US and China have committed to meeting regularly to discuss climate change in upcoming weeks. Wrapping up a four-day trip to China, he said no new commitments on climate were made, but the world’s two biggest climate polluters have agreed to work together at major international meetings this year. This comes after high-level meetings between Biden Administration officials and leaders in Beijing have largely been on pause since last August.
