US-Canada relations are under strain after Keystone XL Pipeline cancellation

One of Joe Biden’s first moves as president was to sign an executive order canceling the permit for the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline, which was designed to move crude oil from Canada’s oil sands across the border, destined for refineries on the US Gulf Coast.
