US and Russia spy chiefs meet

CIA Director William Burns and Russia’s head of the SVR, Sergei Naryshkin, have met for talks in Turkey. According to comments from the White House, they discussed nuclear weapons and a prisoner swap for Brittney Griner. The World’s host Carol Hills interviews former CIA Moscow station chief, Paul Kolbe, about how these high-level meetings between intelligence heads work, and how the discussions are likely to have gone.
