UN General Assembly begins next week, without some major world leaders

The United Nations General Assembly kicks off next Tuesday, when both Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and US President Joe Biden are expected to take the stage. But other heads of state — including Russian President Vladimir Putin and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak — are staying home. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
