Ukrainian parents bring their children back from Russia

In March, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russia’s commissioner for children’s rights Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova. The charges were related to the forced deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia. Since the beginning of the war, individual Ukrainian families have been able to retrieve their children from Russia. The World’s Daniel Ofman reports on the effort of Ukrainian families to bring their kids back home.
