Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said that 30% of Ukraine’s power stations have been hit by Russian airstrikes. Ukraine is now restricting its electricity supplies, and street lights are off in many cities as the country prepares for a long winter. Host Marco Werman speaks with Olena Pareniuk, a senior researcher at the Institute for Safety Problems of Nuclear Power Plants at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
