Faced with rising numbers of migrants and asylum-seekers crossing the English Channel on boats, the UK government came up with a plan to fly them to Rwanda. They could apply for asylum there. And other asylum-seekers, so the thinking goes, would think twice before trying to cross the channel. But now, the plan is facing legal challenges, and it might not even happen. The World’s Orla Barry in London explains.
