The Archbishop of the Anglican Church in Uganda has broken with tradition and publicly urged women to use birth control to avoid getting pregnant during the pandemic. Uganda has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in East Africa, and sex education and access to contraceptives are limited. Marco Werman talks with Primah Kwagala,  a human rights lawyer in Uganda who focuses on the health rights of women.
