As the loss of life from the the earthquakes in Turkey climbs to upwards of 36,000, the country’s vice president said on Sunday night that arrest warrants have been issued for more than 100 people said to be involved in the construction of buildings that collapsed across the region. According to Turkey’s Environment Ministry, 25,000 buildings collapsed or were severely damaged in the area affected by the quakes. Host Marco Werman speaks to Istanbul-based architect Sinem Boyacı.
