The tough stand taken by Guatemala toward the caravan of Honduran migrants at its border is in large part because of policies put in place during the Trump administration. They include asylum cooperation agreements with El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras as well as threats of tariffs and withdrawal of aid. And the incoming Biden administration has vowed to change those policies. Host Marco Werman explores all this with Cris Ramon, an independent policy and research analyst.
