President Donald Trump has arrived in Vietnam for his planned summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Kim is making his way across China in an armored train. The White House has signaled it’s interested in a formal end to the Korean War. Host Carol Hills discusses that possibility with Sung-Yoon Lee, professor of Korean studies at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
