The British government is planning to end all prosecutions related to the Troubles in Northern Ireland before 1998. More than 3,500 people died during the conflict in Northern Ireland between the early 1970s and 1998 when the Good Friday Agreement was signed. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said it was time for the people of Northern Ireland to move forward. But the families of those who died and all political parties in Northern Ireland have condemned the decision. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry spoke to Marco Werman
