Political prisoners in Venezuela are often held inside a former luxury shopping center in Caracas that is now the headquarters of the Maduro regime’s secret police. There’s a history of detainees being tortured there. The BBC’s Karenina Velandia spoke with both former prisoners and former guards at the complex to find out more.
