Delegations from the Ethiopian government and Tigrayan leaders are set to meet in South Africa for peace talks. It’s been difficult to get the warring sides to the negotiating table. Halima Gikandi tells The World’s host Marco Werman that Ethiopia’s recent territorial gains in northern Tigray are going to make mediation more difficult.
