‘They are armed, we are not’: Sudan’s civilians caught between rival generals

A deadly reckoning between Sudan’s two most powerful military officers has plunged the country into chaos. Khartoum resident Dalia Abdel tells The World’s host Marco Werman that Sudanese civilians don’t trust either of the warring factions. They still hold out some hope that international mediation might put the country back on a path toward transition to civilian rule.
