The Dept of Homeland Security is publishing a new rule tomorrow barring entry to the United States for people claiming asylum if they have passed through another safe country. The rule is to take effect immediately on publication. But does it comply with United States and international law? Host Marco Werman speaks with Sarah Pierce with the Migration Policy Institute.
