There’s action being taken today by leaders in the music business to show support for the black community. They’re calling it “The Show Must Be Paused.” Silence. No music. But for some, the idea of not playing music is antithetical to protest. Redi Tlhabi is a South African broadcaster in Johannesburg. She speaks with The World’s host Marco Werman about the role music played during the anti-apartheid movement.
