Technology helps Ukrainians seek information, justice over Bucha’s mass graves

In the spring, mass graves of civilian victims were discovered by Ukrainian investigators in Bucha, a suburb of Kyiv. The woman in charge of dealing with these mass graves is Bucha’s deputy mayor, Mykhaliya Skoryk-Shkarivska.
