Talks in Cairo aimed at ceasefire between Hamas and Israel

The Egyptian government is working to broker a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel. Hamas political leader, Ismail Haniya, is in Cairo for negotiations and is calling for the release of all Palestinian prisoners. Israel is unlikely to accept this offer but talks appear to be continuing. Host Marco Werman speaks with Professor Mkhaimar Abusada about the ongoing negotiations in Cairo as well as his experience living in Gaza during the war and what his remaining relatives in Gaza are experiencing.
