Matthew Smith and his wife are about to enter their second week of floating quarantine along with some 3,600 passengers and crew onboard the Diamond Princess south of Tokyo. At least 136 of the ships’ passengers have confirmed cases of coronavirus. Smith tells The World’s host Marco Werman about the experience.
