Spy balloons and diplomacy

The US Defense Department seems to be playing “catch up” when it comes to the surveillance threat posed by balloons and other airborne objects. Jeffrey Lewis, an arms control expert at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies speaks with The World’s host Marco Werman about how the US should handle aerial spying. He says this recent episode could eventually go down in history as “the stupidest Cuban Missile Crisis ever.”
