Spain’s lost luggage

This summer’s travel chaos was notorious for canceled and delayed flights and, even worse, lost luggage. In Spain, airlines and airports are trying to make the most of such a decidedly frustrating phenomenon. They’ve opened a chain of nonprofit stores called Envera where shoppers can buy what other travelers have lost: the contents of their unclaimed suitcases — and the suitcases themselves.
