Three weeks ago, the president of the Spanish Soccer Federation, Luis Rubiales forcibly kissed Spanish star midfielder Jenny Hermoso on the lips at the Women’s World Cup in Australia, causing an uproar. On Sunday, under pressure from just about everywhere, Rubiales finally resigned. But the story won’t end there. At least not for Rubiales.
