Spain could become the first country in the world to have a four-day workweek. The Spanish government is planning a pilot project to span three years, which will allow companies to switch to a shorter workweek. Businesses in many countries have already changed to a four-day week. But this would be the first time a country tries out a reduced workweek nationwide.
