The world’s youngest nation, South Sudan, has been struggling to unite its army and government forces since it became independent from Sudan in 2011. In the past couple of weeks, leaders have been engaged in intense negotiations and promised to start a national truth and reconciliation process. But as David Lomuria reports from Juba, many people who have been sheltering in UN camps for almost 10 years are still afraid to return home.
