Starting in 2024, the Uber app will offer Londoners the option of a ride via the city’s iconic black cabs. A previous effort in 2014 didn’t yield much interest among drivers. London black cabs are known for their service, due in part because drivers must first pass the Knowledge, a test of the city’s thousands of streets, before they can drive.
