Estelle Cuevas lives in the village of Mariana, in eastern Puerto Rico. It’s one of the areas that was hardest hit by Hurricane Maria. That was back in September, but the community still doesn’t have power and reliable water supply. Cuevas talked with reporter Irina Zhirov about how her life has changed living without electricity.
