China has managed to keep its coronavirus numbers relatively low, compared to many other countries. One way it’s done so is by adopting a zero-tolerance policy, which includes tight travel restrictions. The policy also includes shutting down shipping and airport terminals for weeks at a time for just one case of COVID-19. As the World’s Rebecca Kanthor reports, shoppers might feel the impact during this year’s holiday season.
