Shelters in Mexico City are full after changes in US immigration policy

Migrant shelters in Mexico City are operating at two to three times their regular capacity following changes in US immigration policy that began on May 12, which made it harder for migrants to cross the border and seek asylum. Manuel Rueda reports from Mexico City that many migrants are now choosing to stay in safer locations far from the border, while they attempt over and over again to apply for asylum using a US government app called CBP One.
