Severe flooding hits southeast Australia

One of Australia’s largest cities is dealing with some severe flooding. Officials are now putting out evacuation alerts to more than 50,000 residents. The southeast of Australia has seen floods before.But the extent of the damage in recent days, and the frequency of these floods, raise some big questions.
