Seoul’s parliamentary election

The World

Much has been made of the fact that South Korea and the United States both recorded their first cases of COVID-19 on the same day, Jan. 20. Early voting took place last week, and the main event is Wednesday. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with reporter Jason Strother in Seoul.
