Screws turn on Russian oil industry

Russian government revenue has fallen since the G-7 and Australia put a price cap on Russian oil. Now, the Kremlin is taxing Russian oil companies more to make up for it. The World’s Marco Werman talks to Simon Johnson, the head of Global Economics and Management group at MIT’s Sloan business school, about how effective the price cap has proven to be and all it’s other implications.
