In Spain’s northeast region of Catalonia, Santa Claus is not the protagonist during Christmas time. Instead, kids have a magical wooden log that — on Christmas Eve — gives them presents by, well, “pooping” them out. And that’s not the only scatological Christmas tradition particular to the region.
