Rwanda’s president pardons nearly 400 women jailed for abortion

Abortion is highly restricted in Rwanda. But last week, Rwandan President Paul Kagame pardoned 367 women imprisoned for abortion. It’s the second time he’s done that. And advocates hope it’s signaling an easing of restrictions on abortion. The World’s Allison Herrera reports.
