Brazil, in partnership with Dutch intelligence, apprehended a Russian spy named Sergey Cherkasov who was trying to infiltrate the International Criminal Court, likely to inform on the war crimes cases that the court is assembling in Ukraine. Now Russia is trying to get their spy back. The World’s Marco Werman talks to Christo Grozev, Bellingcat’s lead Russia investigator, about the newest turn in the caper.
