Russia’s growing pipelines

Russia and China launched a giant new oil pipeline, named Power of Siberia, linking the two countries together for the first time. China’s President Xi said that “China-Russian relations are entering a new era.” This is one of three major projects by Moscow to cement itself as a major gas exporter.
