Russian fuel oozing through European Union cracks

Europe has had an all-out ban on Russian fossil fuels since early February but the taps have hardly been closed, allowing Russia access to much-needed cash to fuel its war in Ukraine. Spain is the latest country to be called out. Last week, it came to light that some 10% of all the diesel that Spain consumes is likely coming from Russia. How? Gerry Hadden reports that it goes through third parties in a process you might call fuel-washing.
