Russia-Ukraine grain corridor talks

Russia’s war in Ukraine has left millions of tons of desperately needed grain sitting in silos. Now, military leaders from Russia and Ukraine are sitting down together in Istanbul with Turkish and UN officials to discuss whether it’s possible to get the grain onto the world market. Sinan Ulgen, chairman of EDAM — the Istanbul-based Center for Economics and Foreign Policy Studies — tells host Marco Werman about the complexities of a plan to export the blocked Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea.
