Russia’s Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has tested positive for the COVID-19 and is temporarily stepping down from his position as he recovers. Mishustin was one of the leaders coordinating Russia’s effort to combat the coronavirus. His absence could impact Russia’s response to the pandemic. Host Marco Werman speaks with Ekaterina Schulmann, a political scientist and former member of the Kremlin’s advisory council for civil society and human rights. She joins him from Moscow.
