Rising oil prices have mixed impact in Africa

Rising oil prices have sent the costs of goods, services and food surging in many African nations. But the oil-producing countries, like Angola, Nigeria and Kenya are also benefiting from high oil revenues. Ridwan Karim Dini-Osman reports from Accra, Ghana, that residents there are feeling the pinch of inflation and calling on the government to use the surprise revenue to subsidize fuel prices.
