Tomorrow marks two years since a fire engulfed Grenfell Tower in London, which killed 72 people. The tower was the site of the deadliest residential fire in Britain since World War II. Many people in the UK are ashamed by what they see as a weak response from authorities. The World’s Orla Barry reports from London.
