The Ukraine refugee crisis is said to be the largest in Europe since World War II, and billions of dollars of relief aid is pouring in from around the globe to help those displaced by Russia’s invasion. But how does the new refugee crisis affect the world’s willingness and ability to help refugees around the world where crises have been ongoing?
