A coup ended the 30-year-rule of Omar al-Bashir, but just as protesters were about to cheer, the Sudanese military announced a two-year transitional period run by a military council. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Rebecca Hamilton, a law professor at American University who previously served on the International Criminal Court and also covered Sudan as a journalist.
